Hi Sanja,
thanks for your feedback, I will just address the part related to Workbench.
We respect the fact that translators and reviewers may have their own preferences when it comes to tools.
We try to add values to your user experience and productivity with features like intelligent tag placement (we are the only AI-driven solution on the market and with very high accuracy scores), Visual mode (that you don't have in a CAT tool) just to name a few. [/quote]
I gave another chance to XTM, and was disappointed once again. I'm sorry but this is not enough. The only relevant parameters for translators is: does it save or lose time? XTM is simply too slow. The user interface is not friendly, there are too many versions, everything takes forever. You can't expect translators to work only on XTM, as nobody in their right mind will actively want to use it. We don't have a choice. So no, I'm not going to take the time to learn all the menus and processes, they should be obvious and user-friendly.
I'll use XTM again when I can download/upload the file+tm in like 4 clicks and that's all. (Come on, did no one simply imagine that not everyone can work online all the time???) Until then, I won't be using XTM again. Every project on XTM makes me lose time+money and I think you can easily imagine why this is the last thing I want these days.
