I've used it a few times. When I can get away with it, I extract the text, translate it in Wordfast Classic, and then paste it back. But that only works if the project is new and I'm the first translator.

All cloud based services that I've used either only work on one browser or work better on a certain browser (so much so that using another browser is just silly).

What's nice about XTM is that you can customise all the keyboard shortcuts in a fairly simple setup screen.
