Post title: Thank you for a good review.
Problems with Terminology/Glossary function and word selection/mouse pointing are very irritating.
And, an existing memory generated by other translator/s may be inadequate.
For translators, XTM is still more a challenge than a profit.
Hope the developers improve it soon.
